CLARTÉ sells digital PDF products only. We do not ship physical goods.
Digital delivery
After purchase, your digital file access is delivered through Shopify and/or the digital download app used by our store. Access may appear on the order confirmation page and may also be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Delivery time
Digital downloads are usually available shortly after successful payment. In some cases, email delivery may be delayed by spam filters, payment review, app processing, or inbox settings.
If you cannot access your file
If you do not receive your download link or cannot open your file, email support@ourclarte.com with your order number and checkout email. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access or resend the file.
No physical shipping
Because our products are digital, no shipping carrier, tracking number, customs fee, or physical delivery timeline applies.
